  1. Specify an alphanumeric key which can have up to 6 characters and a description for the customer sales districts.

  2. Make sure that the sales districts are entered in the customer master records.

Steps to Define Sales Districts for Customers in SAP


Step 1 :- Access the transaction by using the one of the following navigation options..


  • SAP IMG Path: – SPRO > IMG > Sales and Distribution > Master data > Business Partners > Customer > Sales > Define Sales Districts for Customers

  • Transaction Code: – OVR0

Step 2 :- On the change view “customers :sales districts”: overview screen, select new entries

Step 3 :- On the new entries: overview of added entries screen, enter the following fields.


  1. Enter new sales district key in sales district field

  2. Update the name of sales district
